A Five-Minute Practice for Crowded Days

Svc1

Some days the ninety-minute class is a fantasy. Those are exactly the days a practice matters most.

Start where you’re standing

Feet flat, exhale longer than you inhale, roll the shoulders down on a slow count of four. Do it by the kettle, at the desk, in the hallway. Five minutes, honestly kept, beats an hour endlessly postponed.

The point is not flexibility. The point is remembering you have a body before the day convinces you otherwise.
